Game not downloading on UPLAY

I bought Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege via CD Keys earlier this evening but am unable to download it.

The 'download' button is available, but doesn't do anything.

It appears to send me to Steam for some reason...

Any help would be appreciated.

Post the link from CDKeys of the game you bought.

Granted it is a Ubisoft game, but it's also available on Steam.

Is it a UPLAY key? It could be a Steam key, which would just require installing Steam and using the key on there.
