Question Game not using any GPU in task manger

So when i'm running the cycle: frontier it does not show any GPU usage but there is an nvidea container using 15-30% when playing the game.
This is also the only game i'm having framedrops in.
I need help.

Update is was the nvidea overlay using 15-30% GPU but know my GPU usage is 0 to 1% when playing that game.

Yes in HWmonitor its shows that its using my GPU.

Whatever you're running may not be triggering the default graphs in Task Manager. If you click on the headers, you get this:

If you have other options that suggest rendering something, it may not trigger on the 3D category. Such as in this case, the game is triggering the "Graphics_1" category:
