graphics card seems to be a bit down,
rest of the build is pretty decent.

if u don't need the sound card or cooler now u can get a better graphics card.
GTZ 970 is recommended for ultra settings to get u good frames.

Also quick question (might sound dumb ) what dictates your resolution like is it your monitor or GPU etc ? And what resolution do suggest I play on with this build ?

The monitor determines what the maximum resolution will be and in a game you can set the resolution to whatever your monitor's maximum resolution is or lower... For example 1080p.. If your monitor displays a maximum resolution of 1080p that's called the native resolution. Games will always look best at the monitor's native resolution. Though if your game runs too slow you can always drop down to 720p or even lower if you need to. The GTX 760 is better than the GPU in the PS4 but not by a whole lot.
