Hello!
For some reason my game performance has started become slower. When I am playing CS:GO online the game lags small but noticable every few minutes. However, when I am playing offline with bots, I have no lag at all. This never happened before and started happening a few weeks ago. Same with GTA 5, a few weeks ago, the game ran flawlessly but now it lags. Same for League of Legends. I asked my father if they changed anything of internet plans but he says e did not. I also changed my ethernet cable. I have no idea what has happened.

My Specs
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LK
Processor: Intel i7 3770k LGA Ivy Bridge1155
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB
Video Card: Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB
Power Supply: Corsair GS600 600 Watt

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE GUYS

Could be that the game is accessing your hard drive, could be that other programs might be running in the background on your computer and causing your processor to lag, could be network lag, or could be interference in the dsl/cable lines that you use. More rain in the spring and summer affects that significantly.

As far as your home internet connection may go, it could be that someone else is accessing the internet and getting a dump of information, thus lagging your router.

Another option is that you may have updated your video driver, or changed your video settings that could even do that.

Just some suggestions.....

I actually had the same problem before i reinstalled windows which i recently did. If it is network lag, how do i fix it?

The only things you can do with network lag is reboot your router, and modem regularly. That keeps the cache clean.

The GTA 5 lag was fixed by turning v sync off. Thats all I got. League of legends stopped lagging so much
