Game servers won't connect over Home internet.

Lately, I've been trying to play some games on steam. However, none of the game servers want to connect.

For Honor has been showing this 3--2147221502. While Steam hasn't been able to connect either.

1. I've tried turning off the Firewall on both the router and laptop.
2. I've also tried Port Forwarding

Nothing seems to work, but the weird thing is that everything works fine over different networks.
Please Help? It's been going on for two months now and I haven't been able to play anything at home!

I got it to work!!!
Basically, I had two router settings. One for an Asus router and one for the Modem which is Xfinity. I tried turning off the firewall on the ASUS one which I had no luck with. However, when I set the Xfinity one to Minimal security so that it won't block any applications. Now I can play For Honor!!!
