I Was wondering if i could Play GTA IV for my computer, 3GB Ram CPU

i Have: AMD Athlon(tm) II P320 Dual-Core Processor

Extracted from sys require labs - It said my cpu dosent exceed min but cpu speed, this was similar to when i was able to Medal of Honor Airborne so please reply back if you have an awnser for this dilemma, also is it worth getting with the current system properties that i have

GTA 4 is a very demanding game, and taxes even very high end hardware. I would not expect a good framerate with that setup.
