Game Won't Start

Hello all! I am at a complete loss as to this problem. I have a brand new gaming computer here are the specs:
Processor Intel Core i7-6700 (8MB Cache, up to 4.0GHz with Turbo Boost Technology) Includes Hyper-Threading

Operating System Windows 10
Memory 16GB DDR4 at 2133MHz
Video Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Founders Edition with 8GB GDDR5
Hard Drive 256GB M 2 PCle SSD (boot) + 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s (

I downloaded games to both drives but ultimately I would have liked my games to be on the 2TB HDD. Long story short...my games won't load on the HDD. All games work fine on the SSD. I've searched all over the internet for a solution but none that have worked.

Drive is healthy

Any help and advise would be much appreciated!

When the game is on your HDD are you launching through a shortcut?

I've tried to launch them through explorer, shortcuts, and through the game client (steam/battle.net/etc)

Was the HDD set up by you? and if so is it partitioned correctly?

It was set up by me and I believe partition correctly. I used the built in windows tool to do so. I was also having this problem when it was in its original state (1 partition)
