GameDebate Giving my CPU a score of 1

Hi just wondering why this is happening. I'm going to build a gaming pc soon and I went onto http://www.game-debate.com/ to check system requirements for some games and Its giving my cpu a score of 1 why is this? It cant be right, maybe a glitch?
