Hello!

I have constant crashes in Hunt:Showdown with an RX 5700 XT and I started logging my gameplay yesterday. What am I supposed to do with the CSV file in AMD/CN?

How to pinpoint the problem?

I can't complete Time Spy stress test either because it stops at the early loops.

Thanks in advance!

Monitor cables can give problems, so only thing i can say is test with another one and make it something good.

Anyway you can swap ram with brother as well?

Yo can go through the log with "libre Office Calc".

What other parts in the pc?

download hwinfo,
install and open it=click run,
close the top window which is the system summary,
in the main window at the left top click "save report",
at the bottom of the next window check "Summary for Clipboard",
after that you'll see what's in the pc,
copy by clicking "copy to clipboard" and rightclick+paste in your next respons
i guess you already have hwinfo, the rest you can figure out.

To add for the psu =maker+model+wattage.

Could of course be gpu itself. Could maybe test the ram with memtest86, see if that sheds some light at the matter.

You looked at those logs?

Hello again Vic.

I lent my GPU to my brother in law and he has had 0 crashes with it in his rig. Regarding my RAM, I ran memtest not long ago, seemingly with no error. I lost the one log I made after doing a clean uninstall, but I'll try to make new logs and look into them if the crashes persist.

Can the monitor/DP cable be at fault IF only the app crashes/freezes and I can still either ctrl alt del or I just get sent to the desktop?
