Question Games and OBS crashing.

I build this pc about 3 months ago.

I had a few crashes in (2 different) games (where one of the games can be ran on a potato pc) but also OBS crashed (i was not streaming). I had some crashes in those games before too ( last 2 months ). I was gaming and had OBS opened but was NOT streaming. I have no idea what could cause this.

I used speccy and core temp programs to check temps of CPU and GPU while gaming and I saw no problems with temperatures. I also benched the pc with Prime95 (cpu stress test) and Furmark 2 (gpu stress test) and ran Memtest64 for 2 hours. None of the 3 tests gave any errors or bad results.

PC SPECS : CPU - i5 12600KF GPU - RTX 4070 Super RAM - 32GB (4x8) Windows 11 - GPU , windows and BIOS updated.

In the BIOS i noticed the ram i use was set to a speed of 2800mhz. I think that my ram speed is not capable of that speed (see picture). I now set the speed the "auto" in BIOS. I couldnt test the games yet to see if this solved the problem. But what do u guys think of the Ram ? Also , my MOBO is PRIME B660-PLUS D4. Is that compatible with the ram i got ?

Running out of thoughts here .. Hoping to find help.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

You'll have to state the titles to said games.

What driver version are you on for your GPU?

Version 576.52 - I doubt the gpu driver is the issue since some games had crashes with the previous driver aswell.

I am testing the 2 games atm. with the RAM speed set to "auto" in BIOS. Can u guys see what speed my ram has ? It is unclear to me in the cpu z program. I have this ram for many years so I realy don't know what speed it has.
