Games crash after upgrade please help soon!!!

I recently got a new motherboard and cpu. Every time i try to run a game it just crashes with the exeption of CSGO which just says its running but i cant see the game screen it just keeps me on my home screen. I have spent hours trying to get this to work and i dont know what to do. Please help!

Did you do a clean install of windows? If you changed the mobo and CPU?

If that hdd was from another computer did you format the hdd / reinstall windows on the new system
