Question Games crash unless I restart my computer ?

Problem is really simple, my games, web browser and like every app on the computer will crash whenever I turn on my PC and I get straight to gaming. If I turn on my computer and restart twice, the crashes are gone until I shut down my pc and boot it back up. Basically when I turn on my pc, I need to restart it twice to avoid
the EXCEPTION VIOLATION error.

This is all i can get, idk what brand is and idk how to get the psu info ?

Motherboard: B450M DS3H
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
SSD: Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB
GPU: 1050 TI
RAM: Corsair 16GB 3200MHz

Shut down and unplug computer.
Open computer case.
Get PSU details from sticker attached to it.
