My games crash whenever the XMP profile is enabled. I have tried manually lowering the RAM frequency on XMP to 6000 and 5800 MHz, but the crashes still continue. The system is stable when XMP is disabled and the RAM runs at 4800 MHz.
CPU: Ryzen 7 7700
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB 32GB (2x16GB) 6400MHz CL32
Could it help to manually set the RAM frequency to 6000 MHz without enabling XMP, or should I try lowering it further to 5600 or 5400 MHz? Also, should I consider adjusting the timings or voltage manually for better stability?
