Question Games crashing on new pc!

Hi, so I recently just had a new computer built but I'm having issues with games crashing. On one game it says it was due to my GPU. My GPU temperature always stays in the 50 degree range then the fans turn on then the games always crash. I have a RTX 4070 and Ryzen 7 7770x with liquid cooling. 850w PSU as well. I was thinking of returning the part but wanted to see if anyone could help?

I literally cant launch any game without it crashing now and my gpu temp is low but cpu rises into the high 70s when launching something

edit: i dont know much but my gpu temp doesnt really change now, and its like its not even being used
