Question Games crashing Radeon Wattman settings have been restored due to an ystsem failure

guys my games are crashing the game stucks and then pc stop giving display Radeon wattman settimngs have been restored due to an system failure this error is apperaing on my pc again and again
failed to create opengl support install a driver with an opengl version 2.0 or later i have checked and my version is 4.1
my radeon settings are not working they are bugged
IN device manager there is that yellow sign on my display adapter
MY specs are:
i5 4570
12gb ddr3 ram
EVGA 80+ 600W PSU
AMD R9 270x 2gb oc edition
