Hey everybody, hope you're all having a wonderful holiday break. I come here today to ask a little of your generosity in helping my issue. For the past few days whenever I play a game it would suddenly crash, without notice, around five minutes into a game. It doesn't matter what game it is or how taxing I make the game to my system, the computer will always crash. It started happening after I restored my computer to factory default settings. I've thought it was an overheating issue at first but I doubt it; it also starts to crash whenever I try to run the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool. So if anyone can help me out with this it would be extremely appreciated. Thanks and merry Christmas!

I had to remove my virus checker because it would try to access the game files during game play and cause my system (also an I7 64 bit windows 7) to crash.
Try temporaraly uninstalling your virus checker.

Sounds like your notebook is overheating, make sure your temps aren't too high, try to check if all coolers are working and make a clean inside your notebook, too much dust can cause overheat, also you can try adding, some external coolers to help the cooling of the entire system;
