games crashing with black screen and sound loop

I just purchased a new GTX 750TI 2GB OC gpu and from the first day its giving me problem.

While gaming my system crashes with a black screen ( no BSOD) with a looping sound without showing any kind of error.

I first noticed it with battlefied 3 at ultra settings, however game works fine without any lag for 2-3 minutes then suddenly my computer crashes with a black screen on the monitor. Nothing works , i have to power off the cpu by long pressing the power button .

I first though it was due to overheating but i measured my temp readings as

Gpu (38 C at idle ) and ( 58 C on load )

Cpu temp ( 29 C at idle ) and ( 41 C at load )

I don't know what is happening , i searched dozen of forums and didn't get any solution yet .

My specs is


Gigabyte GA 78LMT USB 3 MOBO

COOLER MASTER THUNDER 500W PSU

AMD FX4300 3.8 GHZ CPU

COOLER MASTER HYPER 212 to cool down the cpu

Can anybody help me ? I running out of ideas

Yes its similer to your problem. Did you find any solution yet ? If yes please help me too..

I didn't test yet. When I do I'll tell you if I found any solution.

I've found an solution though. My gpu is factory overclocked so i just underclocked my gpu and BINGO , all games that were used to crash in 2-3 min of gameplay are now working like a charm and plus they are giving me 100+fps .
