Games for AMD HD Radeon 5450 1GB DDR3

Hi There,
I'm Binay. I have a gaming channel.
My specs-
i3 2120 3.30Ghz
2GB ram (I'll upgrade from 2*1 GB ram to 4*2 GB ram)
AMD HD Radeon 5450 1GB DDR3
Intel board 02

I want to play games around 30-60 fps smoothly...
Tell me some game names that I can run smoothly... I have 2GB ram I'll remove 2gb and buy 4*2 that is 8Gb ram...

anything from the windows XP days should work. To double check that you can run a game well you should use www.game-debate.com and create and account then edit a rig on your account adding in your system specs and then go check a games system requirements an it will tell you if your system can handle it.
