Games Freeze, But sound continues?

So i recently built new pc 8.1.2015.

intel i7 4790k CPU
Asus Z-97A MoBo
GTX 760 asus GPU
Corsair CX600M PSU
G.Skill Ripjaws X 1600mhz 2x4gb
Crucial MX100 128gb SSD
WD Blue 1tb

The problem is when i play games Temps are ok CPU around 40-50c and GPU 40-65c
The picture freezes but i hear sound like i play the game but i cant see anything only 1 frame where it froze. I have to alt&tab or ALT+CTRL+DEL to close the game.

So any ideas what could cause this?

Are you overclocked on cpu or gpu?

No. I even tried to underclock the GPU but still freeze

What games has this happened in specifically?
Are your drivers all up to date?
Have you tried re-seating your video card?
Did this build ever play games correctly without freezing?

Edit: Also what Operation system?
Does alt+tab out of game, then back in, does it fix the freeze?

I would remove the "game" element from these tests.

See if you can stress test running kombuster.
Then see if prime95 will run without errors.
Monitor temps ofcourse.

I have already run stress tests no errors and temps under 60c

Sometimes alt+tabbing fixes it but mostly close from task manager
Drivers are up to date.
Havent Re-seated.
I had this graphics card on my old pc and it didnt crash.
