Question Games freezes but PC did not

Hi! MY PC is about 2 years old. I used to play games on high video settings on games like Warzone and Dota 2. About a week ago, both games started freezing while I'm playing. Even Bluestacks(android emulator) freezes. Now, I'm only playing dota 2 at lowest video setting and even that freezes it from time to time. I already cleaned up my pc coz i thought maybe it's an airflow issue. GPU ? i already deleted and reinstalled driver. CPU? already cleaned cooler and reapplied thermal paste. Also, how come it only affects games? MoBo maybe? Memory? PSU? idk. I'm at loss right now.

game freeze but system (windows) runs still fine?
check event viewer if it has any error records

yes. windows still runs. I'm seeing a lot of warning and errors from different sources (DistributedCOM, Display, NVIDIA OpenGL Driver). i know the NVIDIA error is from bluestacks. Display probably is the freezing.

i see errors by Application Hang for Dota 2 and Cold War. What do i do ?

ok. I just tried playing dota 2 again on high settings. Game is frozen but there is sounds from game and I can alt tab. is this display problem?

I did factory reset and reinstalled just the dota 2 game. Still the same. Should I just start changing parts 1 by 1 ?
