Games getting minimized

Whenever my computer starts to load something and the little circle is next to the mouse cursor

my games always minimize how do i fix this

Do you have any open programs except the game? If so, close them.
Also, do you have more than one monitor?

Even with other programs closed it will still minimize. Yes I have two monitors.
