Question games in Rom

I have some games stored and now i'm got a (Raspberry pi 3 B+) and got the OSMC and Retro Pi installed on the SD card. How do i put the games in Rom files to playing on the Raspberry Pi

We can't really offer assistance on this as we don't know who owns the roms and it could be pirated. We can help with the hardware but not with converting roms etc
