I've had this PC, an OEGStone DH61CR, for a year or so now, and whilst it runs basic games pretty well on its integrated graphics I wished to be able to run better quality, more demanding titles. After searching around for a GPU that would fit, I decided on getting an AMD Radeon HD 7670. After a little PC case modification, it (somewhat) fit.
However, as soon as I began to run a game I'd been looking forward to, the screen temporarily cut out and the game crashed. Looking at the event log shows me that it was event ID 4101. I've tried running a benchmark, and it was able to run at maximum graphics settings in Heaven Benchmark. It was also able to shortly run a lower-intensity game recently before cutting out. Anyone know what's going on and how to fix it? Does the issue lie in the power supply of my PC?

include the complete system specs with make & model of all components;

CPU:
CPU cooler:
motherboard:
GPU: Radeon HD 7670
RAM:
storage:
PSU:
Case:

include CPU & GPU temperatures from while the system is idle
and while in heavy usage like gaming/stress testing.

a system this old, that you've obviously obtained used, can have any number of issues causing problems like you're seeing.

since it appears to be a prebuilt it is likely that it came with a subpar lower wattage power supply that just cannot handle this dedicated GPU.

putting money into a system like this isn't recommended, unless it's for very cheap replacement parts.
being as old as it is, this thing is only really worth ~$100.
many prebuilt systems can't even use a retail power supply, so replacing it in the current case with the current motherboard may not even be an option.
