Question Sonos soundbar issues (volume keeps dropping and no longer showing up in home network)

So main issue, I have a sonos soundbar (not sure the exact model) but its connected to my TV via optical. Now i use to be avle to adjust the audio volume with the TV controller but that no longer works, no idea why. The audio adjustment icon appears on TV but nothing happens.
Only way i can adjust volume is with the buttons on the soundbar. HOWEVER for some reason it keeps decreasing the volume . I bump it up to lets say 100% then over a few mins it slowley drops the volume down to about 80% and it stays there. Like its doing a lound volume protection or something. I hate that how can i turn it off 😀

2nd thing is the soundbar use to show up on the home system with the other cube ones we use for the built in overhead system. But now it dose not show.

Might want to confirm the model of the soundbar as Sonos have a number of them in their portfolio. If you haven't changed anything since initially setting it up, perhaps see if the soundbar is pending a firmware update..
