Games Lagging on a Comparatively Good Computer 🙁
Specifications :
-Intel Core i5 3.2 Ghz
-ATI Radeon HD 5450 (1 GB)
-4 GB RAM
-500 GB HDD
-Windows 7 64-bit

Tried Running :-
-Far Cry 3
-Metro 2033
-Assassin's Creed IV
-Borderlands 2

FPS does not Climbs Above 7 or 8, Even at the lowest possible settings
Any Help Please!
Not An heat issue as far as I know....
Updated all the Drivers As well...
still nothing better...

Radeon HD 5450 is the issue, it's a pretty bad card. Not worth the money. You'd be better off buying a 1050/Ti. To game you need a decent CPU and GPU. 4GB of ram will cause stuttering too.

Agree with above, the GPU is causing the stuttering as well as the ram. You need to check what power supply you have, if it can run a faster GPU, and replace accordingly, either the Geforce 1050 or AMD 460 series would help increase your FPS a lot.
