Question Games laggy after gpu reinstalled

So after i removed the graphics card to clean it from dust (geforce 730 gt 2 gb ddr3) it started to get laggy in games , basically in gta 5 or roblox it ran smoothly if i was looking somewhere that werent alot of details or the ground and if im somewhere with a lot of things and details it gets laggy and kinda glitchy laggy ill let a vid showing how laggy it is

Geforce 730 2gb
8 ram ddr2
1 tb storage wb blue
myria model 3001 psw
i3 4170
And mother board h81m k

Go to device manager, dispaly adapter and make sure your gpu is being used and not the cpu hd graphics.

I checked and the gpu is used 100 % and integrated graphics 20 while playing ,by the way i reistalled windows
