When I try to play a game on my 2nd monitor, it won't play fullscreen. If I try to force it into fullscreen mode, the screen just goes white. Also, I lose access to my mouse, unless I CTRL+ALT+DEL and select Task Manager. As soon as I click on the extended screen, I lose the mouse again. This happens whether running an installed game, or Xbox Game Pass for PC. Its a Geforce 1650 Super graphics card with the latest official drivers, running on Windows 10 Pro 21H2. Any ideas?

I have this issue a lot with windows 10/11 the only solution I have found to fix this on my end at least is set the secondary display as the primary.
