games on a monitor and watching a film on the tv

hey guys hope someone can help me out i have a Gainward GF4 Ti4200 vivo board and want to be able to play a game on my pc like UT 2003 using the monitor and at the same time have a dvix movie playing on my tv.
is this even Possible yet? or do i have to wait a few more years yet

It could be possible with a separate TV tuner/TV output card (not sure how though), but not with a Ti4200 card.
