My pc shuts off completely whenever I get past the main menu for any games I want to play it use to be some but now it’s all games I need help and thank you.

What is the full system spec? include make and model of the psu
What game? where did you get them from?
what OS? what resolution/detail?

check cpu/gpu temp and usage?
