Games rarely get 50fps even with good specs

I recently built a computer using a guide and it was supposed to be able to run newer games at 60fps at the highest graphics settings. Despite this, I have been unable to push 50fps even with lowest graphics settings on games such as Overwatch or Rainbow Six Siege. Can anyone help me with this problem?

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.81 GHz
GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
Motherboard: MSI Z370-A Pro
Memory: 8GB DDR4-2400

Do you have nvidia drivers installed, the monitor is plugged into the dedicated videocard or it is in the integrated videocard?

It could be your monitor. If you have a 4K monitor, then those frames would be normal.

I have three monitors all plugged into gpu and I have Nvidia drivers installed through GeForce experience.

The monitor I'm using goes up to 1920x1080 and a refresh rate of 59

Wait you said you run 3x monitors in surround on Gtx 1060 6GB and you have 50 fps more or less, have you just tried for testing on 1 monitor to see how would perform those games?
