Games Started Stuttering After Dusting out Case

Alright soo I was moving stuff around my house yesterday. Decided to try and clean some of the dust out of my computer. I took an air can to it. Probably a bad idea now that I think about it. Anyways been playing league of legends on it fine. I went and tried to play darksouls 3 and it was stuttering bad, moving it slow motion almost. I tried another game fallout 4 and it did the same thing. It set my settings to lowest by default when it used to do high. Any suggestions to fix if it's possible? What will I most likely have to replace if no fix?

Derp fixed it. When I unplugged everything I put the hdmi to motherboard. Putting it back through graphics card fixxed.
