Question Games starts to sttuter and lag

Hello so i have ryzen 5 3400g with rx 570 8 gb .2 days ago while i am gaming league of lrgends or any other game after 8 minutes i lose around 50 fps but i still have like 130 fps and the game is not smooth and it sttuters and lags, after 8 minutes everything is back to normal.everything on pc is up to date and game bar is disabled , termal paste aplied today and still the same thing

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list them like so:

include the age of the PSU used to power your build. Include the version for your BIOS. If you're on Windows 10, please mention the version(not edition) of the OS.

In the interim period, check to see if reinstalling your GPU drivers helps alleviate the issue. You can do so by using DDU, remove all GPU driver remnants and then manually reinstall GP driver with the latest version sourced from AMD's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
