Games stutter too much sometimes
While playing rainbow six siege the fps is constant 60 with v sync on and very very rarely the frps drops to 55 and goes to 60 again.
While playing Csgo the same thing happens , the game freezes for a sec..
Then while playing Fallout 4 game stutters after 30-40s , fps drops to 40 from 60 for 0.5 seconds and back to normal.
the most stuttering i had was with Ghost recon wildlands and The forest
In wildlands its stutters horribly like after every 2-3 seconds the same with forest , when i move the camera the fps drops to 53, 47 , 55, and then backs to normal.Ram usage is not more than 6 Gb max on all games.
Cpu clock speed is 3.2 ghz and with turbo boost activated it goes to 3.3 ghz on all cores. Wonders that the clock speed is the reason of this or not.
Temps are normal (52 degrees celcius) and not more than 50% cpu usage maximum.
Im using a single channel memory 8gb Corsair Vengeance DDR4 2400 mhz.

Only background program running is Msi Afterburner to monitor and Kaspersky antivirus.
