These specs are weak, the CPU alone I doubt could hold of these games, and getting a GPU that can run these games would be a waste of money, it would be bottle-necked by your specs, I recommend saving up your money and build a whole new system.

For 150$ you can probably get the R7 260X/750 ti, but they are probablt going to bottleneck your CPU. I suggest upgrading the CPU to a Athlon 750k/760k and save some to get one of the cards, but if you cannot save anymore you can get the r7 240. Also, your PCIE slot is 1.0. Have to upgrade. Also do you have 4 GB DDR3 RAM or DDR2?

For 250$ you can get this if you ram is DDR3 :

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 750K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($79.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A75M Pro4+ Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard ($59.99 @ Micro Center)
Video Card: MSI Radeon R7 260X 2GB Video Card ($99.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $239.96

If your RAM is DDR2 you will have to buy another 4GBs and the price then will be 280$.

Second this, as the cheapest way to get your games playable

All those games are pretty CPU hungry, while the E7500 is fast for a Core 2 CPU, it's not fast to run those games smoothly. The PCIe 1.0 slot will also cause you issues with quite a few of the newer cards.

As above, upgrading the full system would be the best path here. You can look around for a used system with for about $150 that will have a more modern motherboard with a PCIe 2 slot maybe.
