My system:
Core i5 3550 Ivy Bridge
8GB DDR3 RAM
Windows 7 64 Bit

I know 650Ti can play many new games very well on 1650X1050,
but I am looking for new games (not older than 5 years) that will run on 1920x1080 at 50-60FPS!
If possible, these games should be on fairly high AA settings (4X-8X) too.

So far I know that Deus Ex 3 qualifies. Any other games?

This could be your issue right here. If your GPU is getting max'd out by a game the first thing you should turn down is anti aliasing. AA is incredibly taxing and since you're playing on an HD monitor AA isn't (entirely) necessary anyway.

If you don't plan on turning down settings, any game built on Valve's source engine should run pretty well.

I absolutely understand this, which is why I am looking for these FEW games.

It's easy to find older games, but I am looking at newer games that were released about 5-6 years ago max.
Games like Deus Ex 3, Need For Speed Hot Pursuit, etc.

Alice Madness Returns, awesome game.
The Witcher 2. Will lag with UberSampling ON, but you do not need that one.
Assasins Creed: Brotherhood
Assasins Creed: Revelations
Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands
Max Payne 3
GTA 4
Crysis 2 [I do not know how well it will run in FHD]

I know the first Assasin's Creed is quite old already, but since I haven't played that I need to ask:

Can I play that on 650Ti (max settings 1080)? Or is it more demanding that Assasin's Creed 2?

On the settings that I wanted, Assasin's Creed 3 is barely playable on 650Ti. Sure you can get the occasional 50 FPS max with 30 FPS average, but you also get a lot of 20 FPS.

I am thinking of games with 30 FPS min, but mostly 40 FPS min.

That's when you look towards a building. Go to the country side, and turn towards the forest area. 50+ fps. Just turn towards the building, and your fps will drop. Word is that the game is not properly optimised, and taxes only a single core of your CPU
