Games will keep crashing if I don't underclock my Video Card.

Games like
(CS:GO, Overwatch and Crysis 1)
will crash randomly when I have my graphics card clock'd normally.
I've never overclocked my GPU before, but it did come out of the box OC.
I have no idea what started this. I have had my PC for coming up 4 years.
I use MSI AfterBurner to underclock.
I have to send Core Clock to -502 (the lowest)
and Memory Clock to -501 (the lowest) for game snot to crash.

At stock speed what is the gpu temperature when you start gaming?

Today's a hot day so the starting temp is a bit high.
47 before gaming. 68 about a minute in, and max 80. I think I did a temp test when I first got the issue using programs to run my GPU really hard, but they never crashed even when it got as high as 90

I would run a non game stress test to see if the same thing happens. Furmark for instance. Try to identify the temp it crashes at if possible. The idea is to see if the crash is reproducible the same exact way each time or if it's random.

Ran a test at native res for about 5 minutes at normal default clock speeds and no crashes.
Starting temp was 65 (just finished playing Space Engineers (which did crash at default clock speeds)) and max was 95.

Sorry for the bump, but I want to make sure there's nothing I can do before spending $500 on a new Card.
