games with 3d doesn't work

I got r9 280 3gb and it doesn't work neither on userbenchmark nor with games I tried every method that I saw on internet and nothing helped, install/uninstall drivers; dvcmng update; directx download; something with regedit; windows reinstall; etc... 🙁

Example: When I launch some game like csgo or naruto suns4 or pes (games whos using 3d) the starts normally and everything is fine then when I press start it's loading and when it need to show picture game stops and it crashes or just stop there and I need to restart pc.Only games that works I tried are tmnt 2003 and neighbours from hell 1 and 2.

Before this graphic card I had amd radeon hd graphics 6700 and everything was fine (with games). I wanted just to upgrade pc...
This is other spec intel core i3 2100 3.1ghz, 2x2gb ram 1333mhz.

Latest GPU drivers? If not use ddu to remove the old ones and install the latest radeon drivers from amd.

Something is clearly wrong here. To start, you might try setting the card's VRAM to operate closer to the R9 280's stock clocks of 1250 MHz (5000 effective), since 1500 MHz would be a heavy overclock, and might be why the card is crashing under load. You should also check temperatures, and verify that the card's fans are spinning correctly under load, as it could be overheating.

Do you know the specific model of your psu? How old is the unit? It could be your psu is not supplying enough juice under heavy load resulting in the crashes.

It is some blueberry I am not at the moment home, I will tell you later. I know that i needed to buy 8pin with 2 molex cable for that graphic card.

Yeh if you are having to use 2x4 pin molex to 8 pin pci cables that is a bad bad sign...

So you think it is all because of psu? All programs work correctly and on browser is everything fine, just games.

I can't say for sure as I don't know the specifics of your psu-web browsing is not demanding on the gpu so it will not require much power. Gaming on the other hand will increase the power draw significantly which could result in the crashes you seem to be getting if the psu is not up to the task.

Also I got only one error with csgo it says that application csgo.exe has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware. I think somewhere in windows blocking that graphic card
