That thing is sketchy at best.
Just search up and get a real wireless xbox controller for a similar cost. Even the older 360 version seems to have huge support to this day, it is so ubiquitous as a PC wireless game controller.

Have you tried a recent official xbox controller? They are flimsy and break down quickly.
The replaceable face plate and grip design is not designed well and feels cheap.

I can't speak for how good the Kaleid is, but their G7 SE is significantly better than official xbox controllers.
