gameware control pad?

I just bought a normal GAMEWARE control pad, and I have finised downloading it, but I don't now what the TEST is, can u use it for Arma 3? and if so do you need to assign specific button to do specific things, an you use this controller for all games???

because it is not a widely recognized controller like a Microsoft Xbox 360 controller, chances are you will have to manually assign all the controls in games.
