Gaming at 1600x900 with GTX550 Ti

I am having 1366x768 display resolution and going to change it to 1600x900 . My system configuration is:
# core i3 3220.
# GTX 550ti
# 4GB DDR3 1600Mhz sniper.
# 1TB HDD WD Green Cavier.
# Cooler Master 460W Smps.
# No SSD.
So please tell can i able to play games of 2013 at High settings at 40-60 FPS with V-Sync ON without any lag at 1600x900.

I wouldn't count on it. thats a pretty old card. rather just run them at lower settings. the performance boost is defenitely worth the lower quality.
