You don't need 500GB SSD (unless you will be using it to install a dozen of games or so at the same time), 250GB is perfectly fine. Personal choice here, so feel free to revert back to 500GB if you need it. 16GB of memory is a no brainer for such a good rig, although 8GB is perfectly fine at this point for gaming - but since your budget allows it why not future-proof your rig, right? Also, feel free to revert to 8 if that's enough for you (and to save even more). The biggest difference is the PSU; the one you selected is top quality, but doesn't allow SLI in the future.
