Please recommend best gaming build with these requirements:

Must use Fractal Design Node 202 case:

Budget just for the following core components is $1,000 - $1,100

Both are equally good. While Intel can give you a couple of FPS more for now, AMD has a better upgrade path and overclocking potential. You should also wait for the next gen. Ryzen to drop in a couple of days and see what it brings to the table.
