http://pcpartpicker.com/p/QWrDRB What are you guys's opinions on this build? A motherboard and case is needed, and yes the storage seems overkill but a lot is needed. And the budget is $1000. Thanks. Is the SSD and HDDS good quality?

Your already over budget on just the parts you have listed and you still need a case, motherboard, and a good power supply the G1 series is not what to buy.
Why do you need 6TB of storage for a gaming PC?????
for the HDD storage does it need to be 7200 RPM? If it's just going to hold files 5200 RPM is perfectly fine and a bit cheaper.
I've always been aware of A-data as a bargain bin vendor, they're cheap for a reason. Personally I'd recommend spending the extra money and getting one from Samsung.
Also what are you planing on using the computer for?
I don't know why you need so much storage. 3TB is a lot, unless you're Linus Sebastian or a Ubisoft Montréal employee, in which you regularly have >40TB of space in which most of it is used.
The R9 390 is hot. Unless you have a 2K monitor right now just go with a GTX 970. Same with the CPU; you don't need 8 threads unless you're video editing.
I would suggest a EVGA SuperNOVA G2 750W to accomodate everything.
My friend is going to be recording so that is why I picked the Xeon so he can render the videos. And he is also going to stream. And he has like 200+ games to put on there. And the 390 only runs 3° C hotter than a 970 at full load.
