I am looking to invest around 2k or so into a gaming build next year and was wondering if I could have some feedback on what I have gathered so far. Mainly if there will be any compatibility issues or complications, let me know.
I was thinking of going without a optic drive to save that tiny bit of extra stress off the power supply and not to mention they are becoming obsolete as I never find myself using a disc with everything becoming digitalized. I will hook up my old one temporarily to install an OS or maybe even do that with a flash drive.
REMINDER: The $300 monitor is included in this build so it's a $1700 rig, give or take.
