Gaming build with powerfull cpu?

I got a 1250 euro budget can you recommend me a gaming build but with a powerfull cpu preferably a i7 4770K. I already got a 730 watt psu so dont bother including that.

I would recommend an I5 for gaming and put the money saved into the GPU, either higher spec or good cooler. I can't recommend R9-290(x) yet with reference cooler but non-reference might be ok, otherwise GTx780(ti).
o/c'able CPU preferred as you can get a good 30% performance boost quite easily. It's close between I5 and Fx-8350, I5 arguably more efficient, but Fx good value. Ivy or Haswell I5 are equally fine
Most Z77/Z87 mobo good, get an ATX with 2 PCIe 3.0 (x8/x8) slots in case SLI/crossfire in the future. Asrock Extreme 3 or similar is fine.
