I want to buy a gaming chair for my friend in israel.
I don't really know what to specify just that it will have the classic gaming chair look, the best one for around 100$ which is around 400ILS.
I need the chair to have gaming chair aesthetics.
Thank you!

Generally you get what you pay for, with the exception of certain products being over hyped by their exaggerated publicity, at which point the price becomes misleading.
Sometimes you must deviate from the trending propaganda (gaming) in order to find what you're truly looking for.

I recommend that you remove the link from your post and simply list the requirements for the desired gaming chair.

Don't buy a gaming chair, buy an office chair w good ergonomics.

They are designed for prolonged use, and rated for higher load capacities (more durable over time).
It's the difference between a chair lasting you a few years and a few decades.

You do not have to pay exorbitant rates for something brand new either.
Find an office supply store, see if you can test out some models and then buy one used or a floor model.

From there you could also just look for what you want online, eBay has lots of office supply resellers.

I'll try, but the problem is how are you going to search in Israeli sites?

I'd never buy a gaming chair for a computer desk. They are terrible. IMO, they are ALL terribly uncomfortable. They don't last that long compared to a half decent quality office chair with decent ergonomics. They are all basically the same with mild variations, and likely 95% of them come out of the same factory. Certainly you can probably find something a cut above most gaming chairs if you're willing to pay an exorbitant amount for a chair, but that's just a waste of money IMO.

Don't waste your dough on a "gaming chair".
You'd be better off grabbing an automotive seat out of a junk yard and propping it up with 2x4's.
If you want a good computer chair search for used or refurbished "Steelcase Leap Version 2"

No way I'd spend that kind of money either. Not even for a used one. I've seen what the used ones go for and it's insanely ridiculous from what I've seen. New is even worse.

Plus, being in Israel, their options are going to be REALLY limited when compared to a lot of other countries unless they want to pay outrageous shipping and custom fees.

I've had two supposedly well rated "gaming chairs" from respected name companies in the past and I can tell you that I hated them. I've got one of these now, that I paid much less for, and it's one of the most comfortable computer chairs I've ever used and so far has held up very well over the course of the last two years. And it's cheap.

But something like this:

https://www.amazon.com/Marsail-Ergonomic-Office-Chair-Adjustable/dp/B0CP22DQQS

Or this, would be better than the vast majority of stiff uncomfortable gaming chairs. :

Personally, every person I know that has bought a PC gaming chair has before very long ditched it and bought something more comfortable with better ergonomics. Which are both things that gaming chairs generally lack until you get up into the very expensive models and sometimes even then.

So enlighten him. Gaming chairs are a waste of money.

You are literally paying for hype and design, that's it.
The one exception being Logitech teaming with Herman Miller, and the price tag for that is quite high.
Oh God, ANY of the Herman Miller chairs are even worse in price than the Steelcase stuff.

And honestly, I'd probably take almost any of the Serta office chairs over them anyhow. You can get a variety of very comfortable, easily adjustable and highly ergonomic Serta office chairs for under 300 bucks.

Not arguing with that, there is a name to pay for on top of the quality with them.
You can still however apply the used/floor model rule to if that's your preference.

Personally, I landed on another brand and got it for $500 used as opposed to the $1500+ MSRP.
Not going to complain there, and it's quite literally the best chair I've ever bought.

Pay attention to the load ratings, they paint a much bigger picture.

You want something rated at ~500 lbs for 8+ hours.
That is built like a complete tank, and what a business is going to procure to last decades.

I'm simply recommending what I use.
I'm 6' 3" and 350 pounds.
I bought a refurbished Steelcase Leap V2 from BTOD(dot)com for $600 and it's the only chair in the house that I'm comfortable in.
I mean, It all depends on how much time a person is aiming to use something. Screw a couch or a Lazyboy, I want a quality ergonomic chair.
I know this is an awful lot of "I's" but I've also been told to never skimp on your boots and your bed. Well, whatever else you're spending time in needs to also be good.
And you actually might be surprised by the amount of businesses within any area that may be selling similar used chairs.
Oh and refresh your page. I tend to Edit often, sorry.

Yeah, that's another consideration is how large the frame of the person that needs to use it is. If they are a big 'un, it's definitely going to cost more to get into something worth having. And most of those gaming chairs won't work for that kind of frame anyhow because the majority are rather towards the more narrow end of the scale. That's because more of them are geared towards kids, whereas a half decent quality office chair is geared towards adults, many of whom are rather large folk.

You should tell your friend that gaming chairs are terrible, even the expensive ones. I ordered a Secret Lab gaming chair a couple of years ago, which are supposed to be best chairs on the planet according to reviewers, and as soon as I sat on it I regretted it. It was horrible, like sitting on a block of concrete. Fortunately the customer care was great and I could return it.

Then I went to Office Depot so I could try the chairs and bought an ergonomic office chair for less than the Secret Lab and it's so great.

By the way a 100$ gaming chair will last less than 2 years.

Indeed: avoid the hype and flashy images....

Also keep in mind that whatever chair is purchased the chair may come unassembled.

May not seem to matter per se. However, assembly can be problematic and all the more so if something is wrong.

Many stores charge to assemble furniture and you have no control over how well (or not) that that is done. Inspect carefully.

And home DIY assembly can easily go astray due to poor instructions, missing or wrong parts, improper tools, unskilled hands.

I went through 3 or 4 discount value chairs ( < $100 USD) over 5 years or so. Finally purchased an ordinary desk chair for around $250 USD and have been using it for 5 + years or so. The chair has survived grandchildren. Plastic mounts for the headrest cracked and broke. Found some glue that would bond the plastic and all is well again.

Nice that you want to purchase a chair for your friend. Send him a gift card and let him go sit a a few chairs and pick a chair he likes.

And be able to easily return the chair should that become necessary.

Just my thoughts on the matter.

Chairs are like monitors, very subjective. I've got a Secretlab Titan Evo and I would knife fight in the streets to keep it. Was it expensive? Yes, a little, but for a piece of furniture I expect to last 10+ years (So far, so good) 900 CAD is a bargain. I can also reliably get parts for it if needed. Will this work for everyone? No, of course not. So as stated by another, go get your friend. get them to try chairs if possible, because they won't know until then if it will fit. Just like displays, I always check them out in person because I've been disappointed before.
