I have finished building the perfect PC for me.

Core i5 Devils Canyon, MSI Gaming 5 mobo, 16 GB RAM, 256 ssd + 128 ssd + 2tb HHD, Bluray writer, razer Tartarus, hp mouse, Razer Sabretooth, GTX 770 4GB VRAM,

I am getting a x52 pro for Elite Dangerous on order arriving Saturday. I am hoping to get a G29 steering wheel soon to. The question I wanted to ask is, I am looking for a gaming desk and gaming chair with mounts for joysticks and other peripherals. From looking these don’t seem to exist or the ones that do have a large form factor and I live in a small flat with a girlfriend that will complain. I have seen some custom chairs but none that are dedicated.

Does such a thing exist?

Solution
there are specialized chairs for joysticks such as http://www.playseat.com/shop/eu/wl/flight-simulator.html although the prices of them really are quite silly.

some others http://www.volairsim.com/ and http://www.vesaro.com/blog/?tag=pc-flight-sim-seat

as for some cost efficient ideas?

use a multi-level desk. put your peripherals down low with monitors and other equipment up higher.

get an office chair with metal arms (preferably with flat metal arms) and drill a few holes, mount some boards on the arms and just glue a new cushion on the top. equivalent to the first link in function, 1/4 to 1/3 the price.

use an armless chair and cut a corner style curved/beveled shelf out of plywood with legs that you can slide right up under...

use an armless chair and cut a corner style curved/beveled shelf out of plywood with legs that you can slide right up under with your legs and rest your arms on with the peripherals on top. cheap, easy with basic tools and efficient.
