Hey shelden,
With that build, you'll be able to play CS:GO at 60fps+ with no problems at high settings at 1080p. Maybe you'll get 70fps to 90fps.
You'll be able to play most games, except perhaps some recent ones, depends. But you might need to turn down the resolution to hit 60fps
