I'm after a bit of advice, i'm a first time builder and was just wondering if this spec would be decent for a gaming computer? I'd also be using the computer for streaming/recording http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/bgWzTW

Not a good PSU choice. Z97 board is not necessary, for that CPU, unless you want SLI. Even then, you can go with a less expensive one. You can go with a Xeon 1231v3, for i7 4770 performance. With some other changes, you could go with a better graphics card.
