Question Gaming computer gets loud when waking from sleep or when starting up.

I recently (few months ago) bought a gaming PC. Recently, but not always, when my computer awakens from sleep or I start it up a loud noise has started happening, sounds like a fan issue. At first I turned the computer off then back on to make it stop, putting it back to sleep or restarting the computer didn't fix it. But this time I waited and looked at armoury crate (asus motherboard Z690M-plus) to see what my fans are doing and the sound stopped after a few minutes, but it doesn't look like the fans behavior changed at all when the noise stopped (I have three chassis fans in addition to the cpu and gpu fans). My computer is a few months old, isn't dirty and I only have SSDs. Further the CPU and GPU are not hot, I was monitoring that. During regular use of the computer (gaming mostly) I have no problems. Could this just be a new fan going bad early or is there something else that could cause a load sound under these conditions? For reference my CPU fan was between 900-1000 RPMs when this happened, chassis fans between 600-700 RPMs and the GPU fan wasn't running.

Fans will get louder when they run faster (pretty obvious).

Is Armoury Crate or the BIOS controlling the fans which are getting louder? If so, why not experiment with the fan profiles?

Is your room hotter in summer when compared to earlier this year? That might account for higher fan speeds.

I edited my original post to show where the fans were when it happened. The fans weren't at a high RPM and the CPU and GPU were not hot. When I'm playing intensive games this doesn't happen. Just recently, but not always, when I start or wake up my computer. Thanks for the reply.
